I was just looking at my financial projections, and suddenly realized that I was 59 last August .. and that means I can start taking distributions this year from my IRA!
It makes me realize that although I know how a beneficiary IRA works, I don't know all that much about regular IRA distributions. I know that there's no RMD until you're 70, but are there rules for taking distributions every subsequent year, if you do take a distribution at age 59-1/2 or 60?
