I usually pride myself on understanding most things financial. However, I have a hard time with currencies. I'm reading how China has been buying Euros and Dollars which keeps the yuan undervalued (making it cheaper for exports).
I don't get it --- I don't get the macro view on how this works. This must have something to do with money supply, but I don't know the concept.
Anyone 'splain this?
