Since April I have lost 70 pounds according to the scale. I have lost a lot more weight than that in this same time. I must continually fight my old ways of getting comfort (food). I can have a wonderful period of resolve that helps me lost 10-15 pounds and then the old ways push hard and the resolve gets weak. I then gain back 2-5 pounds over several months before I am able to resist the tempations again. I no longer believe that setting resolutions is saved for the beginning of the year. I must constantly set my resolutions to develop a healthier lifestyle and lose the excess weight. I only have 110 pounds to lose instead of 180. Thank you and the Fat2Fit Group for making resolutions important!
