In Response to Re: Zimmerman NOT GUILTY:
The prosecution did a terrible job with this case.. have you ever wondered if that really was the best that they could do?

Just for the record, and for whatever it's worth, Sunny Hostin, an African American attorney and former federal prosecutor on CNN, said she thought Zimmerman was guilty of 2nd degreen murder AND that the prosecution did a very good job.....again, for whatever that's worth.
What motive do you think the prosecution might have to do less than their best.

I did not think that the prosecution made good use of their witnesses.. Having spoken to them in advance they should have forseen the difficulty they would have in testifying and done a better job in assisting them in preparing to testify. I felt they were unclear in laying out the facts and progression of events. They were surprised too often by testimony and it appeared they had not done a thorough enough job in preparation. These are my opinions only of course..
There are several reasons including not believing the case was win-able... but needing to pursue the charges and subsequent trial regardless. Do you think they did a great job?
