Sorry, friend. The filibuster still applies to legislature. And it's highly unlikely that the GOP would want to repeal the ACA once people sign up and the markets get going. Imagine the chaos in the insurance industry.

SO WITH A LITTLE LUCK, IF THE REPUBS CARRY THE HOUSE/SENATE/PRES. IN 2016, THEN THE PPACA CAN BE REPEALED BY SIMPLE MAJORITY IN 2017, right?
