I do voter registration for soldiers and family members. I also volunteer to help foreign born spouse get into citizen classes. As far as I know legal immigrants can't vote in the US. Only citizens of the US can. In Colorado we the voters voted to have picture ID to vote.
One of the rights that we have is (sometimes) a voice in our government by voting. I think this ruling will open a whole can of worms, not only in Arizona but in other states.

Thank you for volunteering your time to support our troops and their familes. Do you think the SCOTUS ruling will have an effect in Colorado? Is that what you mean by "opening a can of worms"? The voter ID initiative here in Minnesota lost...in fact, I believe it was the only state where the Cons were unable to convince "low-information" voters that there really was an issue with voter fraud.
