First, for the policy to be effective on January 1st, one has to be enrolled by December 15th [I believe]; second I [or the article] wasn't advocating waiting until then; third, I doubt the corrective programming for the exchanges site will be as sloppy as that here for this site and will be done in minimum time [in spite of the Republicans holding the nation financially hostage].
The article I was quoting only suggested that people shouldn't be too hasty in signing up for policies for a short while until policies are finalized, but you attempt to turn it into a partisan comment. Typical.
