I think one of the "computer gurus" could explain it better, but I believe the date you are referring to is due to a programming error when AARP was bringing some changes online. Apparently, the old dates were replaced with the date of the roll-out and now the posts appear to the casual observer to have been created on the exact same date...having been given a new "date of birth" as it were. Technically, it IS a "glitch" but not an important one since most people remember that date after having seen it so many times and just mentally calculate that the post was made on or before November 9, 20XX. I cannot remember the year, either. I seem to think it was 2011 but don't hold me to it!
