I thought I had heard something about that law. What's that about?
Best explained maybe by this. A young caucasian fellow about 17 yrs old moved into a home with his parents. He had some words with his white male neighbor. So, later the young fellow was going to apologize and knocked on the neighbor's door and the man opened it and shot and killed him. The shooter went to court and case-dismissed cause he felt "threatened". .
We have a law in Colorado, that if someone breaks into your home, and you feel in danger, you can kill the person. Now, it also has morphed, if someone breaks into your home, even if they leave and are fleeing the scene, you can shoot them in the back and kill them, and that is just fine! www.aarp.org/community/editor/fckeditor/editor/images/smiley/msn/sad_smile.gif" />
