If this plan is so great ,how is it no one from Washintgon is jumping to get on it with us
What do you mean "jumping to get on it"? Are you asking why representatives don't drop their current insurance and select something new on the exchange when the latter is up and running? Or are you talking about electing the public option, which is part of H.R. 3200? There are many, many plans that will be available on the exchange, so I'm not sure which plan you're talking about.
All government insurance programs, whether federal or state, will continue as before, as will corporate-provided healthcare plans. Individual policies that existed before the exchange was created will also be grandfathered. No one will be forced out of these policies, although under certain conditions individuals can elect to leave them.
Absolutely no one will by forced to elect the public option. It will be entirely voluntary.
