Saw both, and would feel much safer with any military personnel, combat or other armed, than your so called "shooters" (probably more correct calling them murderers). The military personnel I knew were far to disciplined to just "run around" with their weapons. One of the few exceptions...a religious fanatic Major, killing in the name of Allah. Guess he ran around with his weapon, until shot and paralyzed.

After a little time in-country the troops we had would settle down also. All it took was to tell them to quit pointing their weapons all around and reinforce it with threats. They got the message. My personal philosophy was to stay clear of them until they settled down.
