In Response to Re: The Ethics of Torture::
The difference between the jrbush wars and every other war in our history is that jrbush was the FIRST time torture was made the official policy of the United States. In every other conflict, horrible things happened in the heat of battle, but jr was the FIRST AND ONLY President to make torture the official policy of the United States. This puts him in the same category as Tojo, who I'm pretty sure, we HUNG. (and he did NOT get a library)

If there was a War Crimes Commision, as at the end of the Second World War, for the so-called 'war on terror', it would be directed at the Bush Administration who allowed the same atrocities that was committed by the Germans and Japanese.
But it should be noted that there seems to be a reluctance of members of his administration to travel overseas, especially to Europe.
