The car is pulled over....the four occupants are brown, have dark hair and eyes. The driver has no ID. Can the cop do anything to the others?
Certainly, if it is reasonable that the driver is illegal then it is reasonable that the driver is transporting illegals whether his passengers are Brown, Black, Yellow or White. Color has no bearing on legal status. If two people are questioned re; a robbery and one has a gun in his belt, is it not reasonable to suspect both are involved? The law allows a person suspected of a crime to be held a specified period of time and then be charged or released. Why is it so difficult for Liberals to except the law? Haven't they ever heard of people being released for lack of evidence? What were the circumstances that allowed them to be detained in the first place? Suspicion of breaking a law!!! As long as that suspicion is REASONABLE it is just according to our laws. Reasonable might be something as insignificant appearing as the color of their shirt, hair or skin.
