Failing to notify the officer upon initial contact with the officer (before the officer asked) that he had a loaded firearm in his control in that vehicle is felony number one in Ohio Law.
Lying to the officer is felony number two in Ohio.
Possessing a firearm in a vehicle in his control without a carry concealed weapon permit (Ohio does not recognize Indiana CCW permits as valid) is felony number three in Ohio Law.
Manufacture as well as possession of explosive/destructive devices (bombs) without appropriate Federal and State permits, licenses being issued in advance are both Federal and State Felonies,(potentially felonies number four through ninety eight if he were charged under both State and Federal law, and failing to make payment of Federal Excise Taxes on the explosive/destructive devices are another 48 potential Federal Felonies with penalties of mandatory imprisionment and fines as high as $10,000 per violation, and may well be sufficient cause for him to be charged with intent and/or conspiracy to commit terrorism as well.
Definitely guilty of being unbelievably stupid at the very minimum.
