We have always been interested in sharing experiences and knowledge with other gardeners, especially those interested in using water in their landscapes. This grew from Cyndie's many years as a Master Gardener and Master Wildlife Specialist for the county we live in near Denver, Colorado. Through CWGS, we attended and worked at many flower and plants shows, conventions, displays, symposiums, and so on. We never ceased to be amazed at the number of people who felt water gardening was an "elite" activity of some sort for the well-to-do, rather than an activity for ANYONE to participate in and enjoy.
This group was created to help do just that - act as a resource for those currently involved in, or just considering, integrating water into their gardening plans. We now work part-time as water gardening consultants and presenters, but stay true to our roots communicating what we have learned to those who want to become involved.
The fastest way I know to get this group up and running is by sharing the address of our website, Natures Water. It is constantly expanding with pictures and written material for water gardeners, and includes contacts to a wide range of other resources to help you learn. We hope you join us in enjoying water in our gardens and share with us soon in this group.
