Someone once said that getting older isn't for wimps. I've struggled at times to remain physically active, pushing myself to move beyond the momentary aches and pains.
I know daily exercise is important for my health and well-being, and that when I've stopped for a while, I notice I have less energy. But inertia sometimes feels as powerful as movement.
I'd like to know what motivates other folks to keep pushing past their aches and pains to remain physically active?
