Nancy is Spot-On for the snafus of signing up for Part D along with obtaining a Plan. Major problem is Part D is not portable from state-to-state. It also takes over 30 days to get into the system with a Plan.
Then the real problem stems from why AARP supported the Obama Health Care Plan when this plan cuts Medicare Coverage. This seems to be an oximoron!
I think if you move to a new state you can change plans at that time instead of waiting until the fall.
