My wife uses them and they have been fine (she has a lot of Rx). She started out with Humana and when they increased their premiums (as they always do) she switched to AdvatraRx. This is her 2nd year with them.
Since you don't have any Rx your only concern is the lowest premium. Suggest you get on to the Plan Finder Tool at:
and go through that process to find the cheapest plan. Count on doing this every year since plans change dramatically each year. There is no brand loyalty in Medicare Part D.
I did a lot of comparisons on medicare.gov before choosing Medco's middle plan. Seems to be working great so far.
