Each State has a program to assist Seniors get unbias information. At medicare.gov type SHIP in the search box top rightside of the webpage. You will get a list if links just click the first one, then click on the appropriate state link. For Florida you will see state health insurance assistance program for elder Floridians (SHINE) provides educational materials and free unbiased insurance counseling to Florida elders, caregivers and family members.

Thank you all. I'm contacting our corporate folks to verify the info I was given. If it turns out that I do need to enroll in Parts B and D, I will certainly follow up on the advice you've given.
