If you are new to Medicare, have you or do you plan on having your "Wellness Exam"?
If you have had one, did you find it to be beneficial to your overall health?
Did it seem to be a good assessment of your overall health?
Much of it seems to be based on your health history, gender or herditary factors and therefore certain test and procedures are based on those factors.
Are you doing what the doctor told you to do as far as advice to improve your overall health? Weight loss or gain, stop smoking, exercise program, less alcohol, dietary improvements, depression management or even lifestyle ways to manage some chronic illness?
How willing are you to change things like this for the sake of your health?
Overall, did you think it was worth the money paid for it?
