Over a decade ago I was arranging corporate travel for a security product company. I was handling last minute requests for travel to the Middle East and Asia. I could write a book about a variety of fantasies I created in my mind about my travelers and their adventures. I may just write a script someday.....My position was high stress and low satisfaction. Five years ago, after the company was sold, our department received notice that our positions were being outsourced. Personal attention to our clients was no longer needed....
Fast forward to today....a journey through drastic lifestyle adjustments and following my passion at age 62! I am now an integrative nutrition health coach. Coaching my baby boomer peers to participate in their own road to healthier living, many are dealing with lifestyle health conditions that can be reversible. I encourage my clients to "try on" a plantbased lifestyle and promote a simple one-liner from the author Michael Pollan's book, "Eat food, Not Much, Mostly Plants".
Here is a bit about me and what I do.
I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, I help willing people create a completely personalized “road map to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
