This just started a few weeks ago. I've run my Norton Utilities and it doesn't seem to find anything wrong. I do go to live Forums quite often, but it happens even when I'm not in forums. I'm thinking of running some kind of IP Repair Tool like PcHealth Advisor or Error ReEpair Tool since I've never run a repair before. Anyways, here's some system info you might want to know: Win XP Pro, RAM 1.19GB (484MB avail), OS version 5.1, CPU-AMD Athlon XP2400+, CPU speed-1996 mhz, C Drive-36.3 GB free space, Total Physical Mem-1,280 MB, 442.9 MB avail., Vertual Mem-2 GB, Vert.Mem avail.-1.9 GB, browser-Int.Explr.8 (up to date), Norton 360 + Norton Utilities
Norton Utilities lets me run a CPU Test Status and it seems to always run normal or even above normal. Plus, when I do run Utilities, the problems it finds are usually related to IP 8, and I have it fix them. Sometimes there are as many as 8-10 fixes. I run Utilities twice a week.
Any suggestions or freeware I might run to check for IP 8 problems?
Also, how do I respond in this discussion ... I can't seem to get back into the same thread to respond. The new AARP changes last year seem to prohibit my getting back to a thread to answer Qs or respond. Thanks ... David
