Found a old recipe for baked chicken using 1 cp of mustard. 1/2 cp. of soy sauce, 1/2 cp.of lemon juice with 1 teaspoon each of rosemary, oregano, thyme and pepper. I cooked this in the crock-pot for serveral hours on low . I used skinless chicken breast it looked beautiful and tasted fine. yet, I thought something was missing...What do you suggest?
