- 3 tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 cups orange juice
- 3 tbsp. honey
- 4 fresh plums, pitted, cut into chunks
In a medium saucepan, add 3 tablespoons of cornstarch and 2 cups of orange juice. Stir until the cornstarch is dissolved. Add 3 tablespoons of honey and cook over a medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens.
Transfer the pudding to a mixing bowl and add the plums. Mix thoroughly and place in the refrigerator for an hour to chill before serving.
Time to prepare: 1 hour, 15 minutes.
