I have not mastered background lighting techniques in taking photographs; especially, indoors. I either have too bright a background which blurs my main subject or I have too dark a background. Are there any basic tips you can share with me on background lighting techniques when taking black and white photographs indoors? I'm not a professional photographer and do not have special background lighting equipment nor a high quality camera. Cheers!
Thanks Frozen for the tips. I never would have thought to check out pawn shops for cameras and equipment, that's a good idea.
