I lost about 15 pounds this last year and felt and looked much better. But it is so hard to keep the pounds from creeping back. I have gained back about 5 pounds in the last two months, which I want to lose plus another 10. My biggest problem seems to be that my body craves sweets after dinner at night and once I start eating i can't seem to stop. Things such as frozen yogurt (i have replaced for ice cream) and cookies or candy. Sounds crazy huh? I know I shouldn't be doing it but can't seem to convince myself to stop or replace the sweets with something healthier. Any suggestions?
