Sorry I didn't see your post earlier. You have done an amazing job.. We all need to be proactive about our health. I really encourage you to exercise for the health benefits. One thing to keep in mind that when we lose weight without exercise we lose muscle along with fat. Your heart is the largest muscle in your body. You don't have to go to the gym. Break up you day with little 10 minutes burst of exercise. Just getting up and moving when a commercial comes on the tv will give you 20 minutes of exercise in one hour. Find something you enjoy - dancing, yoga, pilates, walking, playing with children or grandchildren - it all counts.
