Is there a grief support group in your area? Do a search on Google. Obtain literature or contact a member for additional information. If you are a Church member, consult your pastor for help. Don't hesitate to seek out professional counseling through your doctor. Consider all; you are the best judge of what or who can be of assistance..

Read through previous posts on how others coped with their loss.
