Not only do I seem to accumulate "things" at an alarming rate, but in the last couple of years, I've assimilated my parents household and workshops into my home and hearth. On top of this, I'm an online seller of vintage and antique items. Consequently, it's a little like three strikes and, if not out, at least sunk under the weight of it all.
I'm wondering how others might have handled this sort of situation, where the influx of family belongings tipped an already precarious level of "stuff" into overload. Where do I begin, and how do I set aside the truly annoying part of myself that imbues what is sometimes the most bedraggled item with emotional attachment? Simply put, I need a pep talk; a little guidance; some support; a rah-rah section, helping me see/know/understand I CAN get this done....lighten what has become a burden, every day, every room.
Thanks for any and all input.
