I recently started Pool physical therapy and it has been amazing. I am actually learning how to stand and walk all over again. I have lower back problems that have modified the usage of my thigh and hamstring muscles. With the support of the water I have been able to stretch these muscles and release tension in lower back, shortly followed by pain relief in quadriceps. As of yesterday, my hamstrings have been less painful. I know this is only after 2 sessions and progress is slow. But having pain relief without medication is a wonderful feeling. As I do more I will attempt to get back here and fill in what's happening.
