With yoga, you can build your own set of asanas. Be sure to do the compensating moves like 'cat' for your back, and the reversing lunges. You might pick up a copy of Yoga Journal when you want some new moves. Also, there is a book, 'Anatomy of Yoga' that shows what muscles are worked in a large range of positions. I have one instructor who does quite a bit of elaboration on various positions which really feel good once I get used to them.
