Magnesium appears to do most of the work in relieving a migraine, and vitamin B6 helps magnesium do its job. Have food-allergy and sensitivity screening done. Also screen for hormone and other allergy and sensitivity. Take desensitization treatments for allergies/sensitivities, if you have them. Test for hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) After allergy/sensitivity screening and hypoglycemia test, please see a nutritionist to make a diet plan. After screening the following for allergies and sensitivity, use these supplements magnesium, 200 mg twice daily vitamin B6, 200 mg twice daily feverfew capsules, three, twice daily a hypoallergenic multiple vitamin-mineral.
