I attend a yoga center and have two main teachers. They're the regular Hatha practice. The only forms I have a real problem with are the back-bend and it's variations because I had a wrist fracture a decade ago that was not set correctly.
I'm 65 and spent many years in some sort of dance, so I was very limber and have not put on excessive weight. Most of the others in my classes are younger and they are most encouraging and appreciate that sometimes I can do a pose a little better than they can at that time.
