Hi i am Debra, Searching for new way to lose weigh. I have tried diets, OTC pills, exercise at gym nothing is working. I am 59. I have high blood pressure so can not get prescription pills all doc tells me to do is walk so i do plus i have a bike thing at home also i do every day. Not sure what to do next. I can not afford alot so this has hindered me alot also. Any suggestions?
