I was just scrolling around the site as the new gal and found your post. Then I found the website. What the heck, that is where all of my fat has gone and I have NEVER EVER been fat there. I have been totally lucky that way, so, I'm going to give it a shot. I'll let y'all know how it goes.
I'm not going to start until Monday, 1/17/2011 as my husband wants to take me out to Mexican this weekend and I know myself way to well to think I can start something on the back of that.
I will keep everyone posted. If it works for me it will definitely work for anyone. I have NO, ZERO will power.
hugs to all,

In Response to Belly Fat Cure:
Hello, Has anyone in this group tried Jorge Cruise's Belly Fat Cure? www.mybellyfatcure.com">www.mybellyfatcure.com After eating a hunk of cake from my 65th birthday party that was larger than my head, I was having hallucinations of type 2 diabetes. An article from the Costco Newsletter fell out of my mailbox into my hands, I thought what the heck, and went to the web site. It looked like something I could do, so I ditched all the cookies and started the plan.
I was 234 when I began, wearing 4x-5x, high blood pressure (now normal) and cholesterol(now 85 points lower). Since March 31 I have lost 54 lbs and am now wearing xl for the first time in ten years. My goal is to be the weight that's on my dirver's license! 25 more lbs to go...
Basically, I try to eat 15 grams of sugar or less and 6 servings of high fiber carbs of 20 grams or less a day. There is a lot of hype on the web site, but I found this plan easy to follow because I can eat whatever I want...I just have to count what I'm eating. If I stuck absoulely the program, I'd loose faster, but I want to maintain this eating style for the rest of my life. and I'm not someone who can eat two cookies or 1/16th of a piece of cake or a half a cup of pasta. So, I don't eat any of that stuff, but look for really delicious things that fit the guidelines. I'm never hungry. Every now and then I go out for a Mexican lunch, eat something crazy, and drink a few glasses of wine. And, I eat really good bread . Life is too short not to eat good bread, good wine and a little bit of dark chocolate!
I'm wondering if anyone else out there has tried this? It's worked wonders for me, but I'm looking for any no sugar, low carb high fiber recipes and stuff to cook, eat and share.
