A broken clock reads true twice a day. I am a major detractor of UHC (United Healthcare).
But they are correct and justified about regulations and constraints pointing to streamlining their Physician panels. The dreaded 'IPAB' or Death Panel may be avoided if the less 'Efficient' providers, those using dramatic means to fight complex disease conditions, are de-contracted. Then disability moves private Members into Medicare and no longer the problem of UHC. After death, in fact, the utilization of health care is remarkably low, close to a 100% reduction.
