In Response to Re: That ACA and we on the Right?????:
The Right has the mistaken idea that the ACA/Obamacare is providing insurance to people who if they only worked harder they could afford to buy insurance on their own.
The mistaken ideas are as follows: before ACA working peope could not afford to buy insurance on their own, insurance was not available to people with pre-existing conditions, insurance companies could drop people from insurance when they needed it most, people bought catastophc insurance policies with clauses so insurance companies did not pay for medical care, people who worked hard every day at entry level and minimum wage jobs could never afford to buy insurance on their own, employers kept people at part-time so workers did not qualify for employer paid insurance, we all already paid for the medical care of people without insurance through higher insurance costs, higher medical care costs and higher taxes, and lastly the ACA is simply a bill that holds insurance companies to standards and provides a way for people to comparison shop for insurance.

You are mistaken if you think any in our GOP does not know why 50 million of our people have no health insurance.
You are mistaken if you think any of our Republicans does not have at his or her finger tips every fix that will make that # smaller and what fix will make it 0.
You are mistaken if you think any of them does not know what that problem is doing to our business community, our cost of health insurance, our cost of medical products and services, our government welfare and non welfare spending, our national debt, and our civil society order and quality of life.
Now I ask you….
What does all of that monstrous damage and horrific suffering hide that our GOP will not let fewer uninsured make smaller? I want to know what that is?
What is it that drives them "as one" to appose anything that will make our uninsured problem smaller?
