Since you are so well informed explain that $750million more fully. Exactly why is ther no impact on payments to providers and hospitals?
ACA was "touted" as reducing medicare payments by $750 million or so by reducing payments for medicare! Medicare "allows" as little as 25% or so of many bills and then only pays 805 of that! already!!

Karl, you are demonstrating a clear lack of understanding. The ACA does NOT reduce Medicare payments to physicians, it REDUCES PAYMENTS TO INSURERS!!!

You know Karl? There's a tool that many use called "search"...it can be found it Internet Explorer, Google or most other search engines. All you have to do is enter a question, a sentence or keywords and hit enter.....and....OMG....credible sources of information appears. So Karl, why don't YOU find something that supports YOUR contention......here's a few that support mine.
$68 Billion in reduced payments to Medicare Advantage insurers.....
Medicare looking to reduce payments to Home Health providers:
Note, this has absolutely NOTHING to do with your "allowable" and then paying "805" of the bills. Why take so much of your energy comparing apples to mole hills?
And, if you actually take the time to read it, you'll see that the whine here by several posters that primary care providers are having their payments reduced is another LIE. The ACA has provided a 10% INCREASE in payments to primary care providers. Gee, bet you hadn't heard that before....and you never will on Fox, Limblah, Hannity and their loyal followers who post here regularly. Now, why is that, Karl. Could it be they don't want the "low-information" folks to know all the positives in the Act?
