Let's define the word LIE . once and for all.
A lie is something CREATED by a person that was told on purpose for a purpose.
But, repeating information that is passed along that ends up not to be the absolute truth is not a lie it's just misinformation. Actually it is generally a great embarrassment to anyone to pass along wrong information that will surely be unveiled and who would put themselves in that position on purpose.....people are smarter than that.
Our president didn't lie about anything....he relies on other people cause he can't do everything himself. Same with Hillary and Susan Rice on Benghazi.....none lied on purpose......but as usual the republicans have nothing that they can brag about so they are always on the attack even if it's not warranted.

He didn't understand how his own signature program was gonna work and thus was just incorrect in his verbage.
However, the later is doubtful since I think somebody in the Administration would have stopped and explained the actual working of the ACA to him. That is, if any of them actually understood the law.
He did repeat this same mantra over 26 times, sometimes adding "period" after it.
He got the trophy for it this year.
