I agree that big insurance companies, specifically for health care, have out-priced themselves. It's true that people who are saddled with paying 1/3 of their incomes for health insurance can no longer afford it. At least something is going to be done to prevent insurees from being at the mercy of big business. This notion that the "free market" will handle this problem is nonsense as the CEOs are out to make a profit. The entire health care system will collapse when only a few, like our tax-payer sponsored politicians, will be able to afford it. I see a single payer system as a standard in the near future where we don't have to become frustrated with all these different insurance plans.
