My wife and I love some of the Progresso Light soups, especially the Southwestern Style Vegetable Soup. We often use a couple of cans of this particular soup as a base for a soup full of beans. I add black, chili, and pinto beans, some diced tomatos, chili and cumin seasonings, and whatever else sounds good at the moment. Zero points!
There are other brands with zero or one-point soups as well, but the ones I've tried are pretty bland.
