I have been enrolled in the United Healthcare supplemental plan F since March 2012. For seven months or more since then Medicare has me listed as not having any insurance other than Plans A and B. This has caused many problems with getting medical services since the providers want me to pay upfront since they don't believe I have the supplemental insurance.
Where can I go to file an official complaint with this company? The do pay after getting a statement but I have to go to my providers and convince them to go ahead and send a billing, along with the Medicare EOB, to UHC. This is BS.
