Have you considered joining a direct-selling company? I joined Jafra Cosmetics in 1991, retired in 1994 at age 52, temped or worked at other jobs off and on for several years. The consistent income comes from cosmetics sales and override on my team. In the early '90s I did an analysis of my direct sales income and expenses: net income was nearly $39/hr after every conceivable expense vs. gross from my day job of about $33/hr. Cost to join now is $99 + sales tax + shipping. You'll receive a $543 value in excellent training materials, party supplies, products to show, try, and sell, plus additional products valued at nearly $190 retail when you place your first $300 retail order, which will cost you $150, plus tax and shipping.. No inventory or monthly minimums required. Order only the products you and your clients need and want. 56 year old company (was part of the Gillette family for 25 years.) Learn more at my website http://www.myjafra.com/RPREES. Contact me there. |

There are many simple online trainings that are very inexpensive and allow you to develop an internet and/or blogging business. In fact there are so many, that you can easily get sucked in and spend way more than you earn. I've been working full time on the internet for 7 years and have definitely formed an opinion as to what to look at and what to stay away from. Right now, based on what you wrote, there is one particular platrform I would recommend. They set up you blog for you, teach you how to use it (you can write posts about anything you want) and show you how to make money using your blog. It is simple as not costly. I have many different blogs that I use for my main business. This is the platform I would recommend for you. Freel free to contact me to learn where to find it. In Response to Re: Are you looking for a part-time job?: I would be interested in starting a home business using the internet 9Blogging, etc.) but don't know how to. Maybe there is someone out there who can help me (teach me) to get started... or even form a small group and work together. Any ideas?
