I am 61 yrs old and working full time. I was married 11 years and then divorced. I did remarry for a short 2 years and again got a divorce. My 1st ex husband has been collecting SSD for many years now and has recently been diagnosed with Reno, stomach, and liver cancer and has been given only a short 2-3 months to live. Will I be able to draw on his SSD upon his death? My direct e mail address is vickie.c.johnson@gmail.com |

http://www.socialsecurity.gov/survivorplan/ifyou3.htm This might answer some of your questions. If you have additional questions, you may want to call a SS representative. When I first signed up for benefits, I found the representative to be knowledgeable and helpful. |
