I have raised my 11yr old since he was born, have legal custody and will continue to do so untilhe graduates college: Can I get benefits added to my own SS for him? Posted by Amorak66 Only if his parents are deceased. Otherwise, you can get child support from them - one or both. Check with your state because much of the eligibility for assistance with the grandchild will be based on income and assets. |
