I wish to speak with someone who is an expert of Social Security Law.From my research the amount collected fro the Employer and Employee was never to be used to solve a defecit and any amount due from Social security fund was to be separate from the the budget. Therefore please explain to me how the amount borrowed fro Social Security fund for the second world was was not repaid. In addition how can we reduce the social security that was required to be deducted from both Employer and Employees this year and the expected reduction in the Social Security deductions for the coming year as requested by the President. |
