|I am 63 years old and would like to retire in a couple of years. Unfortunately with the depreciation of the housing market I owe more than what my house is worth now. Is there anything I can do? Should I just walk away from my home and take a lost? I would like to move out of state when I retire.|

|I just turned 65 and was thinking of waiting until either Jan. 2013 or this time next yr. to retire. Now the company I have worked for (for 43 years) is considering offering an early retirement buyout. Can anyone offer any advise as to what might be an appropiate buyout incentitive or any pitfalls I might be facing, tax wise or etc.|
