THERE HAS TO BE SOMETHING

It’s been months since my last job and 8+ hours on the computer looking for a job. Everyone talks about 'networking', so I network and have gotten nowhere, except met up with a lot of people I use to work with and new ones. But frankly I don’t see where this is paying off unless you have 'executive’ background which I do not. At least when we all did face to face they had answered you in person, now they just ignore you. I am just a ‘normal’ person like most of you. Going back to school also is not an option, financial wise. I would like someone to explain to me how networking pays off. I mean a lot of people don’t even answer you back, networking, and networking. PLEASE TELL ME THE SECRET, SO THE REST OF US CAN GET JOBS. |

What does one do when job hunting depression starts setting in. No I am not depressed! I am just getting so tired of looking every day, the same boring sites, and when one applies the same....NOTHING!!! Agencies don't call back or even return emails. Its all getting to much, makes one feel like everyone could care less. I am just getting so tired of this crap....I do take breaks on the weekend because of it all. But Mondays come around don't they. SO WHAT DO YOU DO? |

Network marketing is just a temporary fix. No insurance or guaranteed income. If you are savvy on the computer you can create your own business...but it takes a lot of time to build. I find myself frustrated and overwhelmed with confusion which direction to go. Check out the resources available at your local One Stop Center (if you have one)..... |
