Road Scholar, formerly Elder Hostel is a great way for single seniors to travel. I really enjoyed the company of other single seniors and the programs are great. Look online.

I have been looking for some adventeurous senior single ladies in and around the Clearwater area; bu to no avail.  Give me a shout out at ohdolly18@gmail.com and let me know where you next meet and great will be. Thanks-Dolores Response to Re: Single Senior Travel:
Hi, I have tried from time to time to start forums for single senior travelers to get to know one another. Many people said thay wanted that. I went and found forum space and built a place for members to come in and post and get to know one another. To no avail. I was in there every day and not many ever posted. So it defeated the purpose when no one shows up. I have another cruise related forum. We have been together for many years now and most us have  met one another. We are all good friends. Most are not single but I am. I enjoy going to that forum every day to socialize with them. We have met from time to time for dinners around Florida. Lots of fun and a great group of people there. You would be welcome there.  Message me for info. OceanGoingGal

Don't know about the Single Travelers group at AARP.  I am turning 60 this winter, am widowed, and live in a small rural midwestern town.  Finding travel companions would be great!  What info and tips can you supply?  Opportunities for singles my age to meet and get together are almost non-existent!

We are all aging and that's why we belong to the Single Travelers Group here on AARP we all share common issue.   A group of us met in Las Vegas that were interested in meeting a travel buddy. You should check the group out because age is not a problem their. Also Single & Mingle and Single Perspective that could have some one on their that want travel buddy. Don't forget to try     >"WHERE~ARE~YOU~FROM? which may have some one from your area that would also be looking for a travel mate. These are forums that could be of interest to you. I hope it helped

Dolly; I know I'm repeating myself but go to Single Travelers here on AARP their a ton of people that are looking for travel buddies and do meet up such as my group >"WHERE~ARE~YOU~FROM?<. (their's about 30 from Florida in the group)  Try it you may find what your looking for. As I posted before about 15 of us met in Las Vegas and did a miny meet up of folk's that were look for Travel mate's. These are all Seniors50's, 60's, 70' s, 80's and some were even married and their spouses didn't want to travel for various reasons. Take a look.

I am looking for a small beach front condo in Myrtle Beach, SC for the month of March 2012.
Live in Indianapolis - haven't been to Myrtle Beach before and was wondering if anyone has been there, rented
a beachfront condo, perhaps some good shopping ideas while there and if you have info on cheap car rentals
that would be great.

The perfect place would have an indoor pool/exercise room.

Thank you for your feedback.
