I've searched, without success, for a "weight loss cruise" or "fat camp cruise." I'd like to lose 40 lbs. and it seems that a cruise line could easily offer a specialized cruise for this, with cooking demonstrations/classes (eat what is cooked/low cal), support groups with discussion, hypnosis for weight loss, lots of exercise opportunities, makeover classes for the "mature woman" showing stylish clothing, hairstyle, makeup tips, etc. Does anyone know of such a cruise? I'm sure it's not a "new idea" and am curious whether it is available, has been tried in the past, etc....anybody know? |
